　　2022年5月18日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定计算机网络安全设备、系统和相关软件及其组件以及下游产品（Certain Computer Network Security Equipment and Systems, Related Software, Components Thereof, and Products Containing Same）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1314）。

　　2022年4月19日，美国Centripetal Networks, Inc. of Reston, Virginia向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品侵犯了其专利权（美国注册专利号9,264,370、10,193,917、10,284,526），请求美国ITC发布有限排除令、禁止令。
