2025年12月22日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定智能电视（Certain Smart Televisions，调查编码：337-TA-1461）作出337部分终裁，对本案行政法官于2025年12月10日作出的初裁（No.6）不予复审，即Amazon.com Services LLC成为第三人（intervene）。

　　2025年9月26日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定智能电视（Certain Smart Televisions）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1461）。

　　2025年8月4日，美国Cerence Operating Company of Burlington, Massachusetts.向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品违反了美国337条款（侵权美国注册专利号7,840,579、7,894,598、8,189,810、9,171,541），请求美国ITC发布有限排除令、禁止令。
