　　2024年6月26日，美国Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Inc. of Princeton, New Jersey向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品违反了美国337条款（侵权美国注册专利号11,697,028、11,446,512），请求美国ITC发布有限排除令、禁止令。
